Good storage, good prices
horrible management. Was locked out of my storage unit 3 days after it was paid for, notified them that I wasn't impressed and would be leaving soon. Charged me not even a week after they took my money for the previous month, when brought to their attention they didn't seem to care just kept telling me the same thing over again without listening to what I was saying. I finally get them to agree to give me a refund by taking all my stuff out today which I did so when I called about said refund I got hung up on 3 different times by the owner. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want to be frustrated with their lack of respect. Also got told to call Richard to give me the refun and when I called Richard he had never heard from his bosses, and if you ask me that's the least that the OWNERS can do is get ahold of their own employees to fill them in on what is going on.
