I have always been treated very well as a customer. The store is always clean and well stocked. The meat department has great bargains and all the people are super.

I went in on a cross border shopping trip looking for a product I can no longer find in Canada. There were two on the shelf and I would have liked more. When I asked at customer service they said that, although they didn't have more in stock, they would be happy to order it for me. Now that is what customer service should be!

Our former Shop n' Save, it's still a pleasant place to shop. I find a lot of products have been disc. from their shelves and yet other products have been added. I do miss those products I used to buy which causes me to shop on line.
