I have purchased tires for both vehicles, as well as had routine maintenance performed on my vehicle, and the customer service is always friendly. Appointment scheduling is very easy and I am always able to get my car in to accommodate my work schedule.

I've always gotten my tires at my Mercedes dealer but moving to a remote part of Maine changed that. When I went in to VIP and the manager showed me the cost, I thought it was for one tire--not four! Obviously, the price difference was staggering. We were so pleased that a month later we returned for tires on my husband's car. I highly recommend VIP in Calais.
