I have nothing but praise for Hair Masters. It was recommended to me, and I went straight over, as a walk-in. I asked for a gel manicure, and was apologetically told to wait 20 minutes. I was given a cup of coffee, and had no sooner drunk it than it was my turn. I was given the best gel manicure ever, and for the least price. I then asked for some waxing, and got that. The place is attractive and the staff is extremely friendly andaccomodating but very professional. Who could ask for more? I shall return!
A friend of mine paid $110 for a HORRIBLE cut and color. When asked for her money back, the workers responded by calling her "psycho" all over social media. They are the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. My dear friend, who has a 1 year old child with only one income, due to her husband dying in a tragic accident less than a month ago, was bullied by the employees. When I called to discuss this disgusting display with a manager, she hung up on me. This is a horrible business with disgusting, very catty employees. I would not recommend, unless you enjoy being bashed on Facebook after expressing how you feel about your own haircut! I would immediately fire my employee if they acted the way Molly Fletcher did, towards a grieving wife. But I guess the managers are just as heartless and greedy. But no worries, given their recent history they will go out of business soon!
Does a great job. Just had my kids hair done and they loved the results.
Had a 1330 appointment for two people, one for a pedi, one for a manicure. Get there and the girl does my niece's pedi, the girl who was suppose to do my mani left for lunch. About forty minutes later my niece was finished and I was still waiting. I was never helped nor was I asked by any of the staff if I received help. While I was waiting, a man walks in for a walk-in haircut and was serviced immediately. I found the customer service to be lacking in organization, timeliness, and down right neglectful. Needless to say, I left without service.
